All UK drivers are entitled a receive a courtesy car if they are involved in either a non-fault car accident or their vehicle is damaged due to the actions of a correctly insured negligent party. Who Is Entitled To A Courtesy Car?

Any UK driver is entitled to a cost-free courtesy car in the following instances:

1. A driver is involved in a non-fault vehicle accident with a correctly insured vehicle.
2. A driver has their vehicle damaged due to the actions of a correctly insured negligent party.

To be entitled to a cost-free courtesy car drivers must be: (Circumstances Permitting)

• Aged 17 years or above hold a full UK driving license
• Not responsible / Liable for the accident and the sustained vehicle damage
• Correctly insured at the time of the accident.
• Their vehicle must have been correctly Taxed & MOT’ed
