Car Accident Repair Claims
Accident Courtesy Car provides full vehicle accident repair services through our nationwide manufacturer approved vehicle accident repair network. Customers have full choice over the repair centre appointed to repair their vehicle, this means whilst we offer our repair centre network, should the vehicle owner have their preferred repair centre they wish to appoint we will authorise repairs following the vehicle owners wishes.
Accident Damage Vehicle Inspections
Vehicles are assessed by an independent engineer and a report is produced detailing the vehicle damage and repair costings. The reports are produced subject to vehicle dismantling as further damage can become apparent throughout the repair process. Reports are amended accordingly ensuring your vehicle is completely and correctly repaired.
Whilst we always recommend manufacturer approved repair centres it remains the vehicle owners choice to decide upon the repair centre. Once the repair centre is appointed we provide a copy of the vehicle engineers repair report and authorise the repair to proceed. We usually arrange repair authority within 48 hours of your approval of the inspection report. The vehicle repairs are then booked in at your chosen repair centre at your convenience.
Courtesy Car During Repair
If your vehicle is not roadworthy an immediate courtesy car will be arranged. However, should your vehicle remain road legal, a courtesy vehicle will be provided during the repair period. The courtesy vehicle is made available at your convenience, delivered to either the repair centre or your home address or place of work. You will receive the courtesy car on the day your vehicle is taken in for repair.
The courtesy vehicle will then remain with you until your vehicle is fully repaired and returned to you following our signed approval of the repair works carried out.
We provide services directly to the public, we assist any driver involved in a non-fault road traffic accident with a correctly insured at-fault vehicle.

You are entitled to a courtesy car should the following conditions be met:
- The accident was not your fault, causation and liability are upon the third party.
- The Accident occurred on a UK road or public highway
- The at-fault party (both driver and vehicle) are correctly insured
- There was contact between the vehicles during the accident.
- Your vehicle was fully road legal at the time of the accident and you are fully licensed to drive.
